Like paper clips or smart phones, bottle brushes are one of those inventions that make you wonder how we ever got along without them. Ever try to get a long necked glass clean without one of these? It is nearly impossible. No matter how close together you squeeze your fingers, you just cannot get that sponge down far enough to get the bottom clean. The dishwasher won't work either, those water jets will not get to it and the drying cycle will just end up turning the leftover residue on the bottom of your drinking bottle into something that is akin to super glue mixed with cement.

It is a tough situation, but thankfully somebody thought up the idea of bottle brushes and now you do not have to put up with drinking out of glasses that have several built up layers of milk, beer and juice on the bottom of them.
